The Nyaya Patra includes various schemes and guarantees, which the Congress intends to fulfill. She affirmed the party's commitment to implementing the Forest Rights Act and resolving lease-related issues within a year. The Congress also plans to implement a sub-plan for SC-ST communities.
One of the key promises made by Gandhi was to declare areas with a significant tribal population as scheduled areas. This designation aims to ensure that these areas receive all necessary facilities and support. Additionally, the Congress intends to set a minimum wage of Rs 400 to prevent exploitation.
Gandhi's speech at Dharampur underscored the party's focus on social justice and inclusive development, particularly for marginalized communities like tribals and SC-ST groups.
