There was light rain in Valsad, South Gujarat on Friday morning. The sky became cloudy, later it started drizzling. This has provided relief to the people who have been facing the scorching heat since the temperature was around 40 degrees for the last few days. People suffering from heat got relief due to rain after cloudy sky. On the other hand, the concern of the farmers increased. There is a possibility of damage to crops in the fields due to unseasonal rains.

At the same time, information about rain in the morning has also been received from Surat district of South Gujarat. In Umarpada and Olpad of the district, strong gusts of rain spread a fragrant fragrance from the ground. People have got relief from the heat due to coolness in the environment. Apart from this, there has been information about light rain at some places and heavy rain at some places in Dahod of Central Gujarat. There has been rain with strong thunder and lightning at some places in Dahod.

There has been news of heavy rain in Tapi district also. Heavy rains also occurred in Kukurmunda, Nijhar, Uchhal, Songadh, Vyara, Walod and Dalwan of this district. There is a possibility of damage to vegetable cultivation in the fields. It has also rained in Bhavnagar of Saurashtra. It has rained in Chitra Yard, Akhlol Jakatnaka area, Mastram Temple, Nari Chowkdi and other areas.
