Gujarat BJP State President C.R. Patil Named Among India's 100 Most Powerful People

Surat: Gujarat BJP State President and MP from Navsari, C.R. Patil, has been included in the list of the 100 most powerful people in India for the second consecutive year. Published by a leading English newspaper, the list ranks Patil at number 46. Patil is recognized for his significant role in guiding the party with strong organizational power and for implementing the page committee strategy.

C.R. Patil won the 2019 Lok Sabha election from the Navsari seat of Gujarat with an impressive margin of over 689,000 votes, making him the most popular parliamentarian in the region. Patil's proactive approach in his constituency has led to his election as a Member of Parliament for the third consecutive time.

In July 2020, Prime Minister Narendra Modi entrusted Patil with the responsibility of Gujarat Region President, recognizing his strong organizational strength. Since taking on the role, Patil has worked tirelessly to bolster patriotism and engage the youth in the country's and state's development. The formation of a page committee has ensured that party workers maintain close connections with voters. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and National President J.P. Nadda have all praised the efforts of the page committee.

Under Patil's leadership, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) secured landslide victories in various elections, including the Gujarat Assembly Elections 2022, where the party won 156 out of 182 seats. Patil's strategic direction for the page committee ensured that party workers maintained constant communication with the public and focused on delivering central and state government schemes to those in need. Patil also championed public service initiatives like the Suposhan Abhiyan.

C.R. Patil's innovative approaches, such as setting up offices across the state's cities and districts to motivate workers, contributed to the BJP's electoral successes. Patil also organized a one-day district program to address worker grievances and prevent any discontent during the assembly elections. BJP workers have congratulated State President C.R. Patil on his inclusion in the list of the country's most powerful people for the second year in a row, ranking 46th.
