C.R. Patil won the 2019 Lok Sabha election from the Navsari seat of Gujarat with an impressive margin of over 689,000 votes, making him the most popular parliamentarian in the region. Patil's proactive approach in his constituency has led to his election as a Member of Parliament for the third consecutive time.
In July 2020, Prime Minister Narendra Modi entrusted Patil with the responsibility of Gujarat Region President, recognizing his strong organizational strength.
