Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel Reviews 'Ashram Bhoomi Vandana' Preparations at Sabarmati Ashram

Ahmedabad, March 11 - Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel visited Sabarmati Ashram in Ahmedabad on Monday to oversee the preparations for the upcoming 'Ashram Bhoomi Vandana' program. The program, which will be held on March 12 to commemorate Dandi March Day, will see Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurating the 'Mahatma Gandhi Sabarmati Ashram Reconstruction Project'.

During his visit, Chief Minister Patel, along with concerned officials, gathered information about the main program scheduled under the 'Ashram Bhoomi Vandana' initiative. He also inspected various locations, including the main venue for the Prime Minister's program at Sabarmati Ashram. Discussions regarding the program's outline and other related issues were held with officials present.

Accompanying Chief Minister Patel were State Chief Secretary Raj Kumar, Chief Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister K. Kailashnathan, Urban Development Department Principal Secretary Ashwini Kumar, State Police Director General Vikas Sahay, Ahmedabad Municipal Commissioner M. Thennarsan, District Collector Praveena DK, and Ahmedabad City Police Commissioner GS. Malik, along with ashram trustees and district administration officials.
