Suryavanshi, who recently made headlines by becoming the youngest player to score a century in the Indian Premier League (IPL), hails from Samastipur district in Bihar and turned 14 in March this year.

In just his third IPL match, Suryavanshi scored a sensational 101 runs off 38 balls, smashing 11 sixes and seven fours, becoming the youngest-ever centurion in T20 cricket history. In his debut match against Lucknow Super Giants, he had already made an impression by scoring 34 runs off 20 balls and hitting a six off his very first delivery.
