Mumbai, December 3. The new song titled Easy-Easy from the upcoming film Dhurandhar, featuring a star-studded cast including Ranveer Singh, R Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, and Arjun Rampal, has been released. The track has dominated social media platforms immediately upon its release. Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh has lent his voice to the song, which is being described as the Gangster Anthem of the movie.

Ranveer Singh shared the news of the song's release through his social media channels. The video presents the actor in an action avatar, seen eliminating enemies with a gun while wearing a dangerous smile. Viewers can witness rapidly changing expressions on his face, suggesting that the actor has put significant effort into bringing his character to life. As per agency report, the song has been sung by Diljit Dosanjh and Shashwat Sachdev, while rapper Hanumankind has infused energy into the track with his rap. The lyrics have been penned by Raj Ranjodh and Hanumankind.

The film Dhurandhar has been surrounded by controversy even before its release. The issue arose when the parents of martyr Major Mohit Sharma approached the Delhi High Court demanding a stay on the film's release. The court, however, handed the matter over to the Censor Board, ordering them to investigate this aspect while granting the certificate to the film.

The Censor Board has permitted the release of the film with an A certificate, although it has asked for several cuts and changes. The board has clarified that the film has no connection to the life of Major Mohit Sharma and is a work of complete fiction. Film director Aditya Dhar has already issued a clarification on social media stating that the movie is not inspired by Major Mohit.

The creation of this film took Aditya Dhar approximately three years to complete. Two years were spent on the story, research, and the struggle to finalize the star cast and budget. The film is now ready to hit the screens on December 5, and advance bookings have already commenced.

Mumbai: Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, one of Bollywood's most celebrated couples, first met on the sets of *Ram-Leela* and tied the knot in 2018. Six years after their marriage, the couple is now expecting their first child. Recently, they had a maternity photoshoot, and Deepika had earlier shared on social media that they are set to become parents in September. Known for their devotion, the couple often visits Mumbai's famous Siddhivinayak Temple before any auspicious event. After their wedding, they began their new journey by seeking blessings at the temple, and now, ahead of the arrival of their little one, they have visited Siddhivinayak once again.

On Saturday, during Ganesh Chaturthi, Ranveer and Deepika, along with their family, visited the temple, and the video of their visit quickly went viral on social media. In the video, Deepika is seen wearing a green saree with golden embroidery, while Ranveer is dressed in a white kurta. The couple can be seen greeting people around them as they enter the temple, and in one of the clips, Ranveer is seen holding Deepika’s hand, guiding her towards the temple.

Another video captures Ranveer and Deepika participating in the temple's aarti. Ranveer is fully immersed in the aarti, clapping his hands in devotion, while Deepika, who was recently seen in the film *Kalki 2898 AD*, is set to appear in *Singham Again* alongside Ajay Devgn. Ranveer Singh, on the other hand, will be seen in *Don 3*. 

The couple’s temple visit ahead of such a significant milestone has been embraced by fans, further adding to the anticipation of their upcoming parenthood.

Mumbai, Oct 23 (IANS) First episode of the 8th season of the popular chat show ‘Koffee with Karan’ will feature star-couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. During the course of the episode, it’s revealed that the two were secretly engaged as Ranveer goes on to say that he proposed to Deepika in 2015.

The episode promo shows Ranveer and Deepika in a fun banter as they go on to poke fun at the game format this time and also the show host Karan Johar, Ranveer even goes on to call KJo, a “tharki uncle”.

Karan Johar asks the two if they were secretly engaged, and Ranveer Singh has no qualms in admitting that. He said, “In 2015, I proposed to her, iske pehle ki koi aur aa jaye mein jaake chappal rakh deta hoon (sic)”.

Deepika Padukone reveals, “I am married to Rocky Randhawa” when asked if she would date Rocky Randhawa.

Moreover, when asked who she shares a good chemistry with other than her beloved husband, Deepika says, “I think I have amazing chemistry with Hrithik, which everyone is going to see”. 

Ranveer takes this as an opportunity to mimic Hrithik.

‘Koffee with Karan’ season 8 will be available to stream on Disney+ Hotstar, with new games, including the all-time favourite rapid fire on October 26 with new episodes dropping every Thursday.

Mumbai, Aug 9 (IANS) Bollywood's livewire actor Ranveer Singh has been crowned as the new 'Don' and will be seen in Farhan Akhtar's 'Don 3'. 

Farhan's Excel movie took to Instagram to reveal the actor, who would play the iconic actor, a day after the franchise was announced. 

Before unveiling himself as Don, Ranveer was heard saying in an impactful manner: "Sher jo so raha hai woh jaage ka kab poochte hai yeh sab. Unse kehdo fir jaag utha hun main aur phir saamne jald aaneko kya hai taakat meri kya hai himmat meri fir dikhaane ko, maut se khlena zindagi hai meri jeetna hi mera kaam hai tum toh ho jaante jo mera naam hai. 

"11 mulko ki police dhoondti hai mujhe par pakad paaya hai mujhko kaun? Main hun don."

Ranveer is ready to step into the new interpretation of this larger than life character, which will be brought to life in 2025.

Farhan Akhtar, who directed Don (2006) and Don 2 (2011), both starring the Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan in the titular role, took to social media on Tuesday and shared that work on the film will begin in 2025. 

The character of Don was written by Farhan's father Javed Akhtar along with his then creative partner Salim Khan, the father of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.  The original 'Don' was Amitabh Bachchan, the film released in 1978. 

The 'Don' series has always been synonymous with riveting narratives, thrilling action, and unforgettable moments. The film, 'Don 3', will see him collaborate with renowned filmmaker Farhan Akhtar who is going to don the director's hat yet again , with this franchise.

Mumbai, May 12 (IANS) Known for not shying away from flaunting their romance, star couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh did it again but this time during her interview for TIME magazine, where she appeared on the cover as a "global star".

Amid the interview, Deepika got a surprise visit from her husband Ranveer and he called it a "cosmic" coincidence as she was about to discuss her marriage in the interview.

As he entered, he gave a soft kiss on Deepika's lips and said that he dropped to say hi as he was shooting next door. He just wished her "Have a great day" and starts to leave.

However, Deepika told him about how his arrival coincided with the question about marriage.

He said, "what a cosmic thing to have happened."

As Deepika asked the interviewer to continue, she is asked about how long they have been married, to which
Ranveer said that they have been together for 10-11 years.

As they talked about it, they also held hands and Deepika said: "what are we doing?" to which Ranveer replied, "I just came to say hi".

Deepika then gets into the interview mode and talks about her romantic married life.

"I love spending time, my husband and I. I married my best friend. I think the fact that we are just so goofy with each other. I can feel like absolutely myself, my most vulnerable, my most clumsy, my most expressive."

She called him, her "happy place."

The couple got married in a secret wedding ceremony at Lake Como, Italy in November, 2018.
