<p>England won the toss and opted to bat first, posting a total of 353 runs in their first innings. In response, India scored 307 runs, giving England a 46-run lead. England struggled in their second innings, managing only 145 runs, setting India a target of 192 runs to win.</p>
<p>Chasing the target, India got off to a strong start with Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal putting together an 84-run partnership for the first wicket. Although Rohit Sharma scored a half-century, he was dismissed for 55 runs. Subsequent wickets fell quickly, but a resilient partnership of 72 runs between Shubman Gill and Dhruv Jurel guided India to victory. Gill remained unbeaten on 52 runs, while Jurel scored 39 not out.</p>

<p>When the company failed to adhere to the terms of the agreement, Dhoni issued several notices, but receiving no response, he terminated the rights granted to the company from his side.</p>
<p>As per the agreement made between both the parties in 2017 for running the cricket academy, Aarka Sports was obligated to pay a franchise fee and share profits with Dhoni as per the agreement's terms, which were allegedly not honoured.</p>
<p>According to Dayanand Singh, representing Dhoni through Vidhi Associates, Aarka Sports did not adhere to these terms, causing significant financial loss to Dhoni.</p>
<p>Due to the non-compliance with the terms, Dhoni had sent a notice to Aarka Sports on August 15, 2021, and subsequently, the rights granted to the company were revoked.</p>
<p>Dhoni also sent several legal notices, but to no avail.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, Dhoni's friend Simant Lohani a.k.a Chittu, has also filed a complaint, alleging that he was threatened by Mihir Diwakar after they took legal action against Aarka Sports.</p>]]></content:encoded>

<p>Chief Minister Hemant Soren has directed the police headquarters to probe the matter and initiate action.</p>
<p>The incident took place in Kosogondodighi village of the district.</p>
<p>According to sources, a team led by Sangam Pathak, in-charge of Deori police station, reached the house of one Bhushan Pandey to arrest him in the wee hours.</p>
<p>When the family members did not open the door, the team forcibly entered inside and a policeman climbed on the bed where the infant was sleeping and allegedly crushed him to death.</p>
<p>The police did not arrest Pandey after the incident and left the spot, said sources.</p>
<p>The incident created an uproar among the villagers who are demanding that a murder case be registered against all the policemen present in the team.</p>]]></content:encoded>
