Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan have recently made substantial investments in Mumbai's real estate market, acquiring luxurious properties in the Oberoi Realty Project. These properties include three and four-bedroom apartments, totaling ten units.

The actor has reportedly purchased a new luxury apartment in the Mulund area of Mumbai alongside his father. The recently acquired property is valued at approximately INR 24.95 crore. So far, reports indicate that the father-son duo has invested around INR 219 crore in properties across Mumbai. According to Square Yards registration documents, the 10 apartments are located in Oberoi Realty’s premium residential project Eternia, with eight apartments covering 1,049 sq ft each and two measuring 912 sq ft each. Combined, the purchase spans 10,216 sq ft of space, valued at INR 25.94 crore.

Of the ten apartments, six are registered under Abhishek’s name, for which he paid INR 14.77 crore, while Amitabh acquired the remaining four for INR 10.18 crore. The duo has also paid a stamp duty of INR 1.50 crore on these properties.

Additionally, a few months back, Abhishek acquired a property near their iconic Jalsa bungalow, along with six flats in Oberoi Sky City, Borivali, for which he paid INR 15.41 crore.
