He noted that they have no options, although it may take some time. Trump's comments come as negotiations to end the war between the U.S. and Iran have entered their fourth month.

The ceasefire established in April is still holding, but diplomatic deadlock remains between the two countries. Recently, tensions have escalated due to military actions by both sides around the Strait of Hormuz, threatening the ceasefire. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio informed Congress members that the military operation conducted by the Trump administration, named 'Operation Epic Fury', has concluded.
