New Delhi, July 10 (IANS) PC and printer major HP is set to launch its new Envy 15 laptop for GenZ content creators in India this week at a price of less than Rs 1,00,000.

The new laptop will enable users to connect to 3 external 4K displays for smoother work, plus it will provide high-end security features to ensure privacy to content creators, sources told IANS on Monday.

HP's new laptop is expected to compete with Apple's MacBook Pro in the industry.

The laptop will also feature an IR (Infrared) sensor camera for Windows Hello login and a manual shutter camera that will turn off your PC’s camera. As per the sources, it will also fulfil the needs of content creators in today’s world by providing game-changing collaboration tools.

The new Envy 15 is also expected to come with HP QuickDrop, which will allow users to transfer files easily. Last month, HP launched its latest line-up of OMEN & Victus gaming laptops to provide the best-in-class gaming experience for all types of gamers in India.

The new range includes the OMEN Transcend 16, OMEN 16 and Victus 16 laptops, priced at Rs 1,59,999, Rs 1,04,999 and Rs 59,999, respectively.

New Delhi (IANS) PC and printer major HP on Wednesday launched a new OMEN 17 gaming laptop, powered by a 13th Gen Intel i9 Core processor and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Laptop GPU, in India.

The new HP OMEN 17 laptop is available for purchase at a starting price of Rs 2,69,990 across the company's online and offline stores.

"Professional gamers look for reliable devices that offer powerful performance, for the best gameplay experience. With top-of-the-line graphics and uninterrupted performance, OMEN 17 will provide gamers with the ultimate gaming experience," Vickram Bedi, Senior Director (Personal Systems), HP India, said in a statement.

The laptop offers a 17.3-inch screen, and up to a QHD (Quad HD) 240hz display, providing an immersive experience for gamers.

Moreover, the company mentioned that the new OMEN 17 laptop provides stunning graphics to bring the latest games to life with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Laptop GPU.

The device utilises OMEN Tempest Cooling Technology for desktop-calibre gaming, also it comes equipped with OMEN Gaming Hub, a one-stop destination to elevate a gamer's play.

"Today, we welcome a new era of laptop computing, powered by the NVIDIA Ada Lovelace architecture, GeForce RTX 40 Series laptop GPUs, and new 5th generation Max-Q technologies, including DLSS 3, which combine to bring users our largest-ever generational leap in performance and power efficiency," Vishal Dhupar, Managing Director Asia South, NVIDIA, said in a statement.

Further, the new laptop comes equipped with Wi-Fi 6E technology, offering faster speeds, improved performance, greater capacity, and lower latencies than earlier iterations, said the company.

Bengaluru, Feb 21 (IANS) Lenovo on Tuesday unveiled a new laptop, ThinkBook Plus Gen 3, which is available at a price of Rs 1,94,990 in the country.

The laptop can be purchased online from the company's official website or ordered through local Lenovo channel partners.

The ThinkBook Plus Gen 3 comes equipped with an industry-first 17.3-inch ultra-wide 21:10 aspect ratio primary display along with an 8-inch secondary touch-enabled display, which comes available with a bundled digital pen.

With its auxiliary display and digital pen, the ThinkBook Plus Gen 3 achieves a balance between application sub-tools and document editing.

The stylus with PANTONE digital colour, allows colour capturing through ColorKing and provides the user with multiple possibilities to create presentations and designs, the company said.

The new laptop also offers a CO2 offset service that helps customers seamlessly offset carbon emissions for the new device at the point of purchase.
