His journey, which started in 2018 at the age of 19, reflects a decade-defining transformation in how stories are created, consumed and shaped in the digital era.

The foundation of this journey was laid with Budget Home Appliances Co. (BHACo), a technology-focused portal started by Sengupta in 2018. Built with the vision of simplifying technology and consumer choices for audiences, BHACo grew into a recognised digital platform and was later acquired, marking his first experience of building and scaling a venture.

Driven by a deeper interest in media and storytelling, Sengupta went on to establish The Rational Millennial, an independent media initiative focused on news, analysis and contemporary issues. What began as a digital platform gradually evolved into a broader media venture, leading to the development of an in-house production house and the launch of Spectrum Magazine, a publication exploring ideas, culture, society and emerging trends.

These early ventures gave Sengupta a firsthand understanding of the changing media landscape, from traditional journalism to digital influence, audience behaviour and the future of communication.

This understanding eventually led to the creation of Spearkraft, a brand consultancy that aimed to bridge the gap between brands, audiences and narratives. Under his leadership, Spearkraft grew into a leading communication and brand strategy firm, working on brand building, digital communication and strategic storytelling.

One of the most distinctive initiatives under the Spearkraft umbrella was the establishment of Spearkraft Academy, recognised as India’s first influencer school. The academy was created with the objective of professionalising the creator economy by equipping aspiring influencers, content creators and digital personalities with structured knowledge, communication skills and industry understanding.

According to Sengupta, the future of communication belongs not only to traditional media institutions but also to individuals who can build trust and communities. Spearkraft Academy was envisioned as a platform to prepare the next generation of digital storytellers.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Sengupta has also been engaged in media research, political communication and strategic advisory. Through Chanakya Strategic Advisors, an initiative he led for three years, he worked on areas related to political consulting, public affairs and governance communication before moving his primary focus towards media research and the study of narratives.

His current work explores the relationship between media systems, public perception, digital platforms and institutional communication. His research interests include narrative formation, creator-led communication, trust in digital ecosystems and the evolving role of media in society.

From building digital platforms at 19 to creating a communication enterprise, launching a creator education ecosystem and researching the future of influence, Soumyabrata Sengupta’s journey represents the changing face of entrepreneurship in the digital age.

The Spearkraft story is ultimately a story of adapting to change, understanding that in a world driven by information, the ability to create, communicate and shape meaningful narratives has become one of the most powerful tools of the modern era.

Every elite family has a Family Office to manage their liquid capital, real estate portfolios, and multi-generational wealth transfers. But wealth is secondary to the philosophy that generated it. If the rising generation inherits the financial assets but loses the precise entrepreneurial grit, the legal-corporate vocabulary, and the core strategic blueprints of the founder, the empire drifts.

That is why I always say: A Family Office manages wealth. A Writing Office manages the stories behind the wealth. We treat a life journey as a high-value piece of corporate intellectual property and permanent brand equity.

Interviewer: Your latest books, The Lotus of Leadership and The Pride of Democracy, have broken through the administrative noise, landing directly on the desks of Union Cabinet Ministers and state Chief Ministers. What is drawing the nation’s highest offices to your specific biographical style?

Sanjay Lunia Jain: Authenticity and a refusal to rely on Westernized, transactional management clichés. Most corporate guides taught in elite boardrooms rely heavily on Silicon Valley trends and quarterly metrics. While those work well in a tech start-up, they frequently fail when applied to the vast, relationship-driven, and structurally complex landscape of Indian public administration and large-scale industrial execution.

In The Lotus of Leadership, we mapped out Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s administrative journey through Kautilya’s Arthashastra, looking at real-world statecraft models like the Saptanga theory and Mandala strategy. In The Pride of Democracy, we traced President Droupadi Ji Murmu's rise as a masterclass in civilizational values, turning deep personal tragedy into ironclad operational resolve. National leaders read these documents because they are built on a fundamentally Indian ethos of Dharma (duty) and Artha (purposeful wealth). They are playbooks, not vanity projects.

Interviewer: You often spend months embedded within these families. Beyond the corporate strategy, how do you manage the intense emotional connection required to write these stories?

Sanjay Lunia Jain: It is a deeply personal and sacred process. You cannot archive a legacy by remaining a distant observer. I have to feel the weight of their struggles and the depth of their convictions as if they were my own. I am acting as a devotee sculpting an idol, with profound respect for the soul of the journey. This emotional bond is the only way to ensure the narrative carries the "fragrance" of their true leadership.

Interviewer: After documenting so many exceptional lives, what are the few personal learnings you carry with you from the time spent in their presence?

Sanjay Lunia Jain: I have learned that true greatness is measured by service, not authority. Most importantly, I carry the lesson that courage and character can break any institutional barrier. These are the lived rituals of the people I work with, and they have fundamentally reshaped my own sense of purpose.

Interviewer: As the World’s Youngest Publisher and Biographer by the International Book of Records, you are face-to-face with individuals who have spent half a century building empires. How do you bridge that gap to sit as an equal partner in the room?

Sanjay Lunia Jain: True authority does not care about age; it cares about alignment and depth. When I sit down with an industrial titan, we are not having a casual chat. We are analyzing corporate warfare, succession philosophies, and structural roadblocks. By integrating rigorous management strategy from my background at IIM with an absolute mastery of storytelling, I provide a rare mirror. Titans trust me with their secret archives because they know I am not writing for the masses; I am codifying their monument for history.

Interviewer: For the industrial builders, founders, and family offices who resonate with this philosophy of narrative risk management, what is the protocol to reach out for a private consultation?

Sanjay Lunia Jain: Because of the absolute depth and world-class execution required for these monuments of history, I operate a strictly restricted private waitlist. I do not take on standard commercial requests or public applications. Instead, I selectively review prospective trajectories and personally send private letters to the specific leaders whose unique journeys I find historically significant. However, for those who believe their legacy warrants a structural audit, a formal inquiry can be directed to my private office at sanjay@engame.in. Each inquiry is reviewed under ironclad confidentiality protocols.

It is measured by the battles fought in silence, the sacrifices made when nobody is watching, and the determination to continue when the odds seem impossible. The story of Hanshi Premjit Sen is one such remarkable journey—a journey of passion, struggle, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to Karate.

Born and raised in West Bengal, Premjit Sen was an ordinary boy with extraordinary dreams. At a time when Karate was far from popular and lacked recognition, facilities, and financial support, he chose a path that few dared to walk. While others saw Karate merely as a sport, he saw it as a way of life.

The early years were filled with challenges. Training facilities were limited, resources were scarce, and opportunities to compete at higher levels were difficult to find. There were times when financial hardships and lack of support could have forced him to give up. Yet, every obstacle only strengthened his resolve. Instead of complaining about difficulties, he transformed them into motivation.

Through relentless hard work, discipline, and countless hours of training, Premjit Sen gradually made his mark in the martial arts world. His dedication earned him national and international recognition as a competitor, coach, referee, and administrator. Over the years, he won prestigious international medals, including World Cup of Martial Arts and European Open Martial Arts titles, bringing pride to India on the global stage.

However, his greatest achievement was not personal success. It was his vision to create opportunities for others.

Understanding the struggles faced by young martial artists, he devoted himself to building a stronger Karate ecosystem in India. He founded the Global Seishinkai Shito Ryu Karate-Do Federation and worked tirelessly to promote Karate across the country. Originally from Andhra Pradesh, Malini works as an Identity, Self-Worth, and Self-Leadership Coach, helping women build confidence, self-trust, and inner strength through her coaching platform.

With a background in management and a strong passion for emotional well-being and personal growth, Malini has dedicated her work to supporting women in rediscovering their sense of identity and self-worth. Through coaching sessions, workshops, and motivational talks, she continues to guide individuals toward greater self-awareness and emotional resilience.

For Malini, publishing The Power to Pause is far more than simply becoming an author. She describes the experience as deeply emotional and meaningful, as the book reflects her own journey of growth, healing, and self-discovery. According to her, the book gives voice to emotions and struggles that many women silently experience while appearing strong on the outside.

The inspiration behind the book emerged from observing how frequently people struggle with overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and self-doubt in today’s fast-paced world. Through her personal experiences and coaching journey, Malini realised the transformative power of pausing, becoming emotionally aware, and responding to life with mindfulness instead of impulsive reactions.

The Power to Pause explores themes such as self-worth, emotional overwhelm, inner growth, overthinking, and self-awareness. Through reflective insights and compassionate guidance, the book encourages readers to slow down and better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavioural patterns. Rather than offering quick solutions, it gently invites readers to reconnect with themselves through awareness, reflection, and emotional honesty.

Malini hopes readers finish the book feeling emotionally stronger, calmer, and more connected to themselves. She wants the book to serve as a reminder that healing often begins with self-awareness and that clarity can emerge when individuals give themselves permission to pause.

Beyond writing, Malini continues to actively conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, workshops, and talks centred around emotional wellness and personal transformation. She also plans to continue writing in the future, exploring deeper aspects of identity, emotional healing, self-worth, and inner transformation through her experiences and insights.

Through The Power to Pause, Malini S offers readers a gentle yet powerful reminder that sometimes slowing down is the first step toward genuine growth, healing, and self-leadership.

The estimated cost of this mega project, named 'Freedom Ship', is around 1.25 lakh crores.

This ship will be much larger and more modern than any ordinary cruise. Led by Freedom Cruise Line International, this project is set to become one of the most unique and daring engineering marvels in human history. The infrastructure of this floating city will be comparable to that of a modern global metro city.

According to the project's blueprint, there will be luxury apartments for thousands of people, state-of-the-art research hospitals, schools, shopping malls, water parks, and corporate office spaces. Its most notable feature will be the aviation deck being built on its roof, where small commercial planes and private jets will be able to land. Additionally, eight helipads are proposed for 24-hour connectivity.

While this project is exciting, it also faces significant challenges in construction. Building such a massive structure will require billions of dollars in investment along with unprecedented engineering skills.

Experts believe that nuclear propulsion may be the only solution for the smooth operation of this ship. The ship will circumnavigate the globe every 2 to 3 years and will complete its journey in international waters.

A family wants a home that feels complete.
A business wants an office that reflects confidence.
A property owner wants a space that looks right, functions well, and stays aligned with budget and purpose.

But between that expectation and the actual search, many still find themselves navigating disconnected recommendations, broad online listings, and names that offer visibility without enough clarity.

That is where My Interior Designers is beginning to matter.

Built around the idea of Connecting You to Trusted Interior Designers, the platform is now ready to serve both sides of the interior ecosystem: people looking for relevant interior design support and professionals looking for more meaningful discoverability. Its services are commencing in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with very near-term expansion planned across Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, New Delhi, Pune, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai, Lucknow, Patna, and more, with future extension to Dubai.

The significance of this move lies not only in reach, but in relevance. My Interior Designers is not positioning itself as just another broad directory. It is shaping itself as a discovery platform that understands how people actually search. Some begin broadly, trying to compare the Best Interior Designers in India or the Top Interior Designers in India. Some are influenced by visibility and recognition, and naturally look at Famous Interior Designers in India before going deeper. Others search city-first and category-first—especially in active markets where the search is highly localized.

Bengaluru is one such market. A person may begin by reviewing the Best Interior Designers in Bangalore, then compare the Top 10 Interior Designers in Bangalore, and eventually focus on the Top Interior Designers in Bangalore who feel best aligned with the project. That layered search behaviour is not limited to one city, but it reveals a larger truth: people do not simply want options. They want a better route through those options.

This is why My Interior Designers feels timely.

The platform is creating a more structured path for users who want to move from broad awareness to meaningful decision-making. Whether the need involves residential design, office spaces, commercial projects, premium interiors, affordability-driven work, or specialist requirements, discovery becomes more category-sensitive and more purposeful here.

At the same time, My Interior Designers is also responding to a long-standing challenge on the professional side. Many capable service providers—whether independent designers, studios, firms, consultants, or emerging specialists—often remain dependent on word-of-mouth, scattered promotion, or inconsistent online discoverability. In a market where the digital search journey increasingly influences shortlisting, this becomes a serious limitation.

My Interior Designers offers a more credible response by creating stronger visibility in front of users who are already in decision mode. That means the platform is not only helping those who search the Best Interior Designers in India or the Top Interior Designers in India, but also helping professionals who deserve to be found in those conversations. The same holds true for category- and city-led discovery, whether that means appearing before people reviewing the Best Interior Designers in Bangalore, scanning the Top 10 Interior Designers in Bangalore, or evaluating the Top Interior Designers in Bangalore with more intention.

In that sense, Where Your Space Finds Its Designer becomes more than a statement of brand character. It becomes a practical expression of what the platform is trying to solve: a more intelligent meeting point between requirement and expertise.

As the platform begins serving Bengaluru and prepares to extend into other major Indian cities and Dubai, My Interior Designers enters the market with a clear advantage—it understands that design discovery today is not just about who is available, but about who is relevant.

And in an industry where relevance can shape both trust and business outcomes, that understanding is likely to carry real value.

Geetu Parmar, one of India’s best numerologists and astrologists, is helping people throughout the world to find solutions of their problems. She is acting as a guiding light in their lives. She has the ancient wisdom of astrology, deep knowledge of Ramal Vidya, and the magic of numerology. Geetu Parmar helps you find real answers to life’s toughest questions. She offers practical solutions and spiritual insights made just for you.

Geetu Parmar did not start as an astrologer. Her early career was in media. She worked as a news anchor and later in entertainment shows. At that time, she was focused on success and growth. But one statement from her guru changed her thinking. He told her that this was not her real path. Slowly, her interest shifted towards spirituality. In the early 2000s, she explored business also. But life felt incomplete. She faced a difficult phase around 2009. During that time, she turned towards Lord Shiva. This became a strong turning point. From there, her journey into astrology and healing truly began.

Geetu Parmar strongly questions how astrology is shown today. She clearly says that no astrologer can predict anything with full certainty. According to her, statements like “this will definitely happen” come from ego, not knowledge. She explains that real astrology is about possibilities. It is about guiding a person, not controlling their future. Many people online make strong claims to attract attention. She believes this creates false hope or unnecessary fear. Her focus stays on honest guidance instead of dramatic predictions.

One of her biggest concerns is fear based astrology. She says many astrologers use fear to gain followers. Predictions about accidents, bad luck, or crisis become viral quickly. Even if one prediction becomes true, people start trusting them blindly. People online react strongly to her views. Still, her statement “fear is not spirituality” became widely discussed. It started a bigger conversation about trust in astrology.

Geetu Parmar also talked about remedies and rituals. She said they are being overused today. Many people follow multiple remedies from different astrologers at the same time. This creates confusion. She compared it to taking too many medicines without need. She also pointed at expensive pujas and services. Some rituals cost very high amounts. According to her, this turns astrology into business only. She believes remedies should be simple and done only when required. Blindly spending money does not solve problems. It only increases fear and dependency.

Geetu Parmar uses Ramal Vidya in her practice. It is a different system compared to traditional astrology. It focuses on present questions instead of long future predictions. It works through symbolic houses and energy connection. She says if a person comes with doubt or tries to test the process, it does not work. For her, this proves that astrology is spiritual, not mechanical. She also believes astrology cannot change destiny fully. Every person has their own karma. Astrology can only help in understanding and handling situations better. Top astrologers of the world including Geetu Parmar are continuously working towards a better future by helping them to move in right direction.

You might get lucky, but more often, you waste time and money on advice or treatments that don't actually address what's happening on your scalp. Before you book that appointment, there are a few things worth knowing — not to overwhelm you, but to help you ask the right questions and recognize the right answers.

Understand What Type of Hair Loss You're Dealing With

Hair loss isn't one thing. It shows up differently depending on the cause, and the treatment varies significantly based on the type. Some people experience thinning at the crown or a receding hairline, which often points to hormonal or genetic causes. Others notice sudden clumps in the shower, which could be stress or nutritional-related. And some see patchy bald spots that suggest an autoimmune response.

Before visiting any clinic, take a moment to observe your own hair loss pattern. Is it gradual or sudden? Is it in one area or spread across the scalp? Has anything changed in your life recently — diet, sleep, medications, stress levels? These details will shape the conversation you have with any specialist, and they'll also help you evaluate whether the clinic is asking the right questions or rushing to sell you a package.

Ask About Their Diagnostic Process

A credible hair clinic should begin with diagnosis, not treatment. If you walk in and they're already recommending products or procedures before asking about your health history, that's a red flag.

Here are some things a thorough diagnostic process typically includes:

● A review of your medical and family history

● A scalp examination, often with a dermatoscope

● Blood tests to check for deficiencies (iron, vitamin D, thyroid function)

● Questions about diet, lifestyle, stress, and sleep

● Assessment of your hair loss pattern and duration

If a clinic skips most of these and goes straight to PRP, hair transplant consultations, or expensive shampoo kits, take a step back. Diagnosis should always come first.

Know the Difference Between Symptom Treatment and Root Cause Treatment

This is probably the most important distinction to understand before any clinic visit. Many clinics treat what they can see — the thinning, the shedding — without investigating why it's happening. They'll offer minoxidil, supplements, or procedures that may slow things down temporarily. But if the root cause isn't addressed, the problem often continues once the treatment stops.

For example, if you're losing hair because of chronic iron deficiency or a hormonal imbalance like elevated DHT, no topical treatment will give you lasting results unless those issues are corrected. Understanding What is Male Pattern Baldness and how hormones like DHT interact with your follicles can help you have a much more informed conversation with any hair specialist you visit.

Questions You Should Actually Ask at the Clinic

When you do visit, go prepared. Don't just sit and listen — ask questions and observe how they respond. A good specialist will welcome them. A sales-driven one will try to redirect you.

Some useful questions to bring:

● What do you think is causing my hair loss based on what you've seen so far?

● What tests do you recommend before we decide on a treatment plan?

● What are the realistic outcomes of the treatment you're recommending?

● How long before I should expect to see results?

● What happens if I stop this treatment — will the hair loss return?

● Are there lifestyle changes that could support whatever treatment we choose?

The way a clinic answers these questions tells you a lot about how they approach hair health.

What to Look for in a Trustworthy Hair Clinic

Not all clinics are equal. Some are medically oriented, with dermatologists or trichologists leading the consultation. Others are more commercial, focused on selling packages. The difference often shows up in how much time they spend listening versus pitching.

Some treatment approaches, such as those hair clinics offered by Traya clinics nearby, focus on combining internal and external factors—examining diet, scalp health, and lifestyle alongside clinical treatments. This kind of multi-layered approach is worth considering, as hair loss rarely has just one single cause.

Final Thoughts

Visiting a hair clinic is a good step, but only if you walk in informed. Know your hair loss pattern, expect a proper diagnosis, and don't be afraid to ask hard questions. The goal isn't to find the clinic with the fanciest equipment or the most confident sales pitch — it's to find someone who actually wants to understand what's going on with your hair before telling you how to fix it. That shift in perspective can make all the difference in the results you eventually get.

The grand art exhibition organized by the Art, Culture and Handicraft Committee of the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) at the Nehru Centre Art Gallery in Worli, Mumbai, successfully concluded.

The week-long exhibition, held from May 5 to 11, 2026, showcased the artworks of talented artists from across the country on a national platform. The aim of the exhibition was to provide artists with national recognition and connect them directly with art lovers, collectors, and curators. The exhibition was inaugurated by Lakshmi Rao, the President of the IMC Ladies Wing, as the chief guest.

Many art lovers, industrialists, and dignitaries from Mumbai and Surat, including renowned business consultant Neville Mehta, were present on this occasion. The Chamber's President, Nikhil Madras, stated that organizing this exhibition in a major art and culture hub like Mumbai, after Surat and Ahmedabad, is an important initiative of the Chamber. He mentioned that this platform provided artists with the opportunity to engage directly with the country's esteemed art collectors and curators.

A total of 47 artworks by 24 selected artists from across the country were displayed at the exhibition. All paintings were curated based on professional standards set by the committee. During the exhibition, a painting by Surat artist Tejalben Modi was sold on the spot, which further encouraged other artists.

According to the organizers, this exhibition proved to be not just a platform for artists to showcase their work, but also an opportunity for corporate networking and connecting with the global market. Swati Shethwala, Chairperson of the Chamber's Art, Culture and Handicraft Committee, stated that SGCCI will continue to organize such national-level events to promote art and culture in the future. Many dignitaries, including committee member Mansi Virani, the Chamber's Honorary Minister Bijal Zariwala, and former Honorary Minister Deepak Shethwala, were present at the inauguration ceremony.

The initiative was led by food adulteration activist and founder of Anjali Gold, Mrs. Anjali Saxena, who spent the day with the residents and personally interacted with them.

With temperatures rising across North India, many elderly people living in old age homes face difficulties due to extreme heat conditions. Keeping this in mind, the Anjali Gold team distributed fans across the facility to help residents stay comfortable during the summer. Coconut water and freshly prepared meals were also served to all the residents to help them remain hydrated and cared for during the visit.

Apart from distributing essential items, the team also carried out maintenance and repair work at the old age home to improve the overall living conditions of the residents. Areas requiring repair and upkeep were restored with the support of the Anjali Gold team as part of the initiative.

Mrs. Anjali Saxena spent time with the elderly residents throughout the day, listening to their stories and interacting with them personally. Many residents shared emotional moments and expressed happiness over being remembered and cared for on an occasion like Mother’s Day.

Speaking during the initiative, Mrs. Anjali Saxena said, “Mother’s Day is not only about celebration. It is also about responsibility, respect, and standing beside those mothers who may feel alone. Even small efforts can bring comfort and happiness to someone’s life.”

Over the past few months, Anjali Gold has been actively involved in awareness-driven and social welfare initiatives across different communities. The brand, known for promoting awareness around food adulteration and purity, has continuously focused on creating meaningful ground-level impact beyond business activities.

The management of the old age home appreciated the efforts made by Mrs. Anjali Saxena and the Anjali Gold team and thanked them for supporting the residents during the harsh summer period. The initiative concluded with meals, conversations, and moments of emotional connection between the residents and the volunteers.

Through such initiatives, Anjali Gold continues to promote social responsibility, public awareness, and community support while encouraging people to care for the elderly and vulnerable sections of society.
